All Hapfan outdoor play equipment comes with a 1-year structural warranty against manufacturing defects under normal residential use and proper assembly.

How long will it take to receive my order?
All in-stock orders are processed and shipped within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding US public holidays). Weekend or holiday orders will be dispatched on the next working day, and you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email once your order leaves the warehouse.
For standard package items, delivery takes 5–7 business days to the contiguous US after shipment. For large playground equipment shipped via freight carrier, transit takes 7–10 business days. The freight carrier will contact you by phone in advance to schedule a curbside delivery window.
